Who we are
This website is run by Osini Labs Pty Ltd (ABN 85 701 725 886), an Australian company. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean Osini Labs Pty Ltd.
Browsing this site
No cookies. No third-party analytics. No advertising pixels, no session recording, no fingerprinting, and no embedded content from other sites. Fonts are served from this site rather than a font service.
That does not mean nothing is processed. The site is hosted on Vercel, which, like any web host, handles each request and keeps standard server logs — such as IP address, browser user agent and the page requested — to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We do not use those logs to build profiles of visitors.
If you register interest
We collect the email address you give us, the optional note you write, which page you signed up from, and when. Our server records these in a private spreadsheet in our Google Workspace. We use them to contact you about that specific thing. We do not sell them, and we do not add you to anything you did not ask for. Please keep the note general and leave out sensitive information, or anything confidential about other people.
If you email us
Email to us is handled by Google Workspace, our email provider, and kept so we can reply and follow up. For client enquiries, please describe the process rather than sending confidential records or client data — we do not need them to start a conversation.
Where your information is processed
Our hosting and email providers operate internationally, so information you send through this site or by email may be stored or processed outside Australia, including in the United States.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and interest registrations for as long as we need them for the purpose you sent them — to reply, to follow up, or to offer you a place — and delete them when they are no longer needed. You can request earlier deletion by contacting us.
Access, correction and deletion
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and you can raise a privacy concern with us. Email hello@osinilabs.com and we will respond. We may need to confirm it is you before acting on a request.

Where we link to another site, such as LinkedIn, that site’s own privacy practices apply once you arrive.
Product data is separate
This page covers the website only. Our products can handle far more personal or confidential material than a website enquiry, and each will have its own privacy policy, presented before anyone uses it. The principles behind both are on the philosophy page.
